Job Description

-Monitoring all site administrative, support, and warehouse activities -Implementing all specified human resource requirements -Implementing all specified procurement and warehouse requirements -Monitoring the maintenance and distribution of purchased goods, supplies, and controlling stock inventory -Controlling administrative affairs -Controlling the recruitment of contractor personnel -Performing all affairs related to social security insurance and supplementary insurance -Organizing the registration and distribution of letters -Providing continuous reports to the group's CEO -Ensure providing a suitable work place and welfare for employees -Controlling capital and financial balance daily -Refer to agencies and organizations as needed -Preparing and updating all personnel contracts *Job Location: Khomein / Markazi

Requirements

-MS/BS in Management or MBA -At least 10 years/ 5 years’ experience in managerial position -Familiar with staffing and personnel issues -Familiar with Labor and Social laws -Familiar with Insurance and Retirement Laws and their implementation -Mastering Office Software -Familiar with procurement and warehousing principles -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45
