Job Description

-Organizing, planning & following up the internal activities related to services and staff -Handle Employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs -Provide administrative support and office staff -Managing all communication affairs such as transportation, food, etc. -Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination -Supervision of service activities -Monitor the activity of the waiters -Provide your Performance Report to Management

Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor Degree in Related fields -Minimum 3 years of work experience in related areas -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Ability to follow up multiple tasks within deadlines -Having a Committed, Integrated and Knowledgeable approach in the work place -Excellent time management and perfect attention to details -Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines if required -Excellent team player and high degree of interpersonal and presentation skills -Ability to work well under stress to meet tight deadlines and deal with challenging work environments -Ideal Age: 35- 40
