Job Description

- Daily control of cash desk's affairs - Checking non-sufficient checks, affairs of cash transfer from cash desk relating to sale of goods - Receiving fund for the current costs, payments of Centers’ current costs, - Daily checking of store, - Registration of accounting documents. -Answer the incoming calls of costumers specifically & politely to the related scenarios. -Communicating and coordinating with colleagues. -Reporting to: financial manager - Data entry and controlling. - Issuing and archiving all accounting vouchers and evidences in proper manner. - Responsible for routine accounting activities. - To ensure that documents are registered in the system on a daily basis. - Keeping books up to date. - Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential. - Other duties based on job responsibilities.

Requirements

- Bachelor of accounting. - Good office skills (Excel, power point) - Good communication skills. - High self-expression skills - Enthusiastic in team working - Good listening skills - Multi-tasking ability - Good knowledge of accounting software.( Specially Sepidar system )
