ما به دنبال استخدام یک مدیر مالی قابل اعتماد هستیم که فعالیت‌های مالی روزمره شرکت ما را تجزیه و تحلیل کند و در مورد برنامه‌های مالی آینده به مدیریت ارشد مشاوره و راهنمایی دهد. در این نقش، شما این فرصت را خواهید داشت که از تخصص خود در تحلیل مالی و برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک استفاده کنید. علاوه بر این، شما نقش مهمی در توسعه و اجرای برنامه‌های مالی ایفا خواهید کرد که از رشد و سودآوری شرکت حمایت می‌کنند. نظارت بر عملکرد مالی، شناسایی زمینه‌های بهبود و استفاده از فرصت‌ها، بخش‌های جدایی‌ناپذیر مسئولیت‌های شما خواهد بود.

مسئولیت‌ها

• نظارت بر عملیات بخش مالی و تعیین اهداف استراتژِیک
• حفظ سلامت مالی سازمان
• ارتباط با حسابرسان برای اطمینان از نظارت مناسب بر امور مالی شرکت
• ارائه گزارش‌های کلان مالی و تفسیر اطلاعات آن
• مشاوره و طراحی استراتژِ در مورد فعالیت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری شرکت
• تجزیه و تحلیل هزینه‌ها، قیمت‌گذاری و نتایج فروش
• بررسی و ارزیابی داده‌های مالی برای فرصت‌های کاهش هزینه
• مدیریت تهیه بودجه شرکت
• ارتباط سازنده با سایر مدیران برای هماهنگی و پیاده‌سازی استراتژِی‌های مالی
• نظارت بر جزبه‌جز مسائل مالی سازمان، برای مطمئن شدن از رعایت تمام و کمال قانون

پیش‌نیازها

• حداقل ۳ سال تجربه به عنوان مدیر مالی
• درک گسترده از روندهای مالی در داخل شرکت و الگوهای عمومی بازار
• آشنایی و تسلط به نرم افزارهای مالی
• مهارت‌های بین فردی قوی، ارتباطی و ارائه
• قادر به مدیریت، راهنمایی و هدایت کارکنان برای اطمینان از استفاده از فرآیندهای مالی مناسب
• درک کامل از آمارهای مالی و اصول حسابداری
• آشنایی کامل با کلیه قوانین و مقررات مالی
• مدرک کارشناسی / کارشناسی ارشد در امور مالی، حسابداری یا اقتصاد
• مهارت توجه به جزئیات، سازماندهی کردن و مذاکره

Description

We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning. By analyzing day-to-day financial activities with precision, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to upper management. Your guidance will empower the company’s leaders to make informed decisions that align with the organization’s long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Manager
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Proficient user of finance software
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
