ما برای پست مدیر ارشد فناوری به دنبال رهبر و مدیری توانمند هستیم که بتواند تیم فنی و تکنولوژی شرکت ما را رهبری کند. ما از مدیر ارشد فناوری انتظار داریم که بتواند ضمن مدیریت کلیه امور مربوط به تیم فنی با دیگر بخشهای سازمان مانند محصول و بازاریابی نیز برای پیشبرد اهداف کسبوکار، همکاری نزدیک داشته باشد.
همچنین مدیر ارشد فناوری مورد نظر ما باید تجربه کار در زمینههای مختلف فناوری اطلاعات مانند معماری شبکه، مهندسی داده، مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات، توسعه نرمافزار و وب و امنیت داده را داشته باشد.
مسئولیتها
• رهبری تیمهای فناوری در عملیات روزمره، نظارت بر مدیران بخشها و تعیین اهداف عملکرد
• تعیین و توسعه استراتژیها فنی برای پیشبرد اهداف کسبوکار
• انجام بررسیهای فنی محصولات و ارائه راهحل در صورت وجود مشکل
• تعیین بودجه سالانه برای مدیریت تیم و خرید ابزارهای لازم
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم بازاریابی، محصول و توسعه کسبوکار برای پیشبرد اهداف استراتژیک سازمان
• بهبود کلیه فرایندهای فنی و تکنولوژی محور سازمان
• کشف و پیادهسازی فناوریهای جدید که مزیت رقابتی به همراه دارد
• نظارت بر زیرساخت سیستم برای اطمینان از عملکرد و کارایی
• هدایت پروژه های فناوری اطلاعات، در مسیر ارتقای تجربه و رضایت کاربران
• آموزش و راهنمایی کارمندان و مدیران در اجرای فناوری های طراحی شده
پیشنیازها
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کار به عنوان CTO یا نقش مشابه
• مهارت بالا در معماری نرم افزار و برنامه نویسی
• مهارت رهبری قوی برای مدیریت بخشها و تیمهای متعدد
• آگاهی از روندهای تکنولوژیکی به روز دنیا برای تدوین استراتژی
• درک بودجهبندی و برنامهریزی تجاری
• مهارت ارتباطی عالی و حل مسئله

Description
We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
• Leading technology teams in their day-to-day operations, supervising heads of departments, and setting performance goals
• Developing strategies for advancing partnerships, technology platforms, and external relationships
• Conducting technical reviews of products and solutions to evaluate their applicability
• Developing, tracking, and controlling the development of annual capital and operating budgets for purchasing tools, staffing and ensuring effective operations
• Working closely with the marketing, business development and operations team to deliver new and enhanced products
• Tracking, analyzing, and monitoring technological performance metrics
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
Requirements
• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership skills to manage multiple departments and teams
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
