Job Description
Some of your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sourcing.
- Supplier selection and raising a PO.
- Handle foreign and local orders cycle from specs finalization, sample, placing orders, arranging shipments by air, sea, overland, bank allocations, inspection, insurance, Transit, customs clearance, delivering goods to WH, collecting documents, and making payment (from A to Z).
- Supplier evaluation.
- Supervise the procurements and related team.
- Collect information to submit the required report.
- Improve payment terms, working capital, and other purchasing terms.
- Contract preparation and taking it to the stage, including the approval process.
- Attend the supply review meeting.
- Identify, negotiate, and deliver cost-saving opportunities.
Basic Requirements:
- Based in Saveh.
- Mastering the implementation of import and export (MOC, EPL, TTAC).
- Sufficient knowledge of customs affairs.
- Familiar with contracts, inspection, and shipping.
- Responsibility, respect, and integrity.
- Communication skills.
- Data analysis skills.
- Ability to do price negotiation to get the right price, right place, right product for imported raw and packaging materials.
