POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Operation & Support’s responsibility is to enable data-driven commercial decision-making by delivering accurate sales reporting, generating actionable business insights, monitoring sales KPIs, and driving digitalization and process improvements. The role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales planning, performance tracking, and operational excellence while supporting the achievement of business objectives.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Deliver accurate and timely sales reports and KPI dashboards to support commercial decision-making.

• Ensure data integrity and maintain BI dashboards, providing reliable and actionable business insights.

• Drive digitalization project aligned with IT team and other stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting speed.

• Support sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across channels and categories.

• Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and compliance by supporting commercial processes, trade investments, and stakeholder communication.

What will make you successful?

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, engineering or a related field

• 2-3 years experience, Preferably FMCG Industry

• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and Access and being experienced in sales reporting

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong English Communication skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)

Good-to-haves:

• Knowledge of FMCG commercial processes

• Experienced in BI Dashboards development

• Familiar with Power Query , SQL and Python for automation
