Job Description

  • Apply territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacists.
  • Regular visits to doctors and pharmacies to monitor product availability.
  • Manage sales promotion of assigned products.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain product information and answer any questions regarding the products.
  • Increase sales to the maximum and maximize the efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area.
  • Survey market demands and report to the company.
  • Inspect doctors and pharmacies in the assigned territory to make sure of product availability.
  • Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings and training programs.
  • Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback.
  • Show high cooperation to reach marketing plans in the market as qualified as possible.
  • Report to the supervisor and district sales manager.
  • Prospect and qualify the new customer.


  • DVM, Biology, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • An outgoing and persuasive manner and negotiating skills.
  • Sales and customer relationship skills.
  • Confidence and persistence.
  • Flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes.
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills.
  • Familiar with sales and marketing skills.
