Job Description

The head of talent acquisition is responsible for planning and managing the process of attracting talent and socializing people, according to the current and future job positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor the implementation of the employer brand strategy.
  • Supervise the implementation of the organization's communication process with universities, talent attraction institutions, and job placements.
  • Supervise the implementation of the socialization process of new colleagues.
  • Monitor the implementation of the talent recruitment process (internal and outsourced), and develop methods and instructions.
  • Interview and evaluate job applicants based on job qualifications, taking into account the values, culture, and policies of the organization in attracting talent.
  • Formulating and guiding the strategy of planning and attracting talent according to the needs of the current and future jobs of the organization and the continuous development of attracting talent systems and processes.
  • Facilitate and formulate how to interact with managers to implement and summarize the interview process according to the needs of the organization.
  • Facilite and interact with different units and departments of the organization to advance current talent recruitment processes.
  • Policymaking on the organization's participation in holding conferences, exhibitions and training courses related to attracting talent.
  • Networking, identifying and expanding recruitment resources and creating a suitable structure for the organization's website and monitoring its correct implementation.
  • Identify and measure the key indicators of talent attraction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in similar projects.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Familiarity with labor law and social security.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and assessment tools.
  • Familiarity with human resource models.
