Job Description

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resource management.
  • Oversee the hiring, performance evaluation, and employee development processes.
  • Collaborate with other managers to coordinate and improve internal activities.
  • Manage and optimize internal workflow to increase productivity.
  • Prepare and present management reports and analyze performance data to the management team.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and support organizational culture.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD degree in Management (a Bachelor's degree will not be accepted in any way).
  • 10 to 15 years of work experience in human resources and performance management is required.
  • Ability to organize and manage a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Working Hours and Days:

  • Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
