Job Description

Location: Iran, Qazvin - Full-Time;


Responsible for delivering local HR services within the defined SLAs (quality, time, accuracy, and compliance) acting as the customer-facing representative for talent acquisition and talent and performance activities.


Talent Acquisition:

Sourcing Management:

  • Design the operation strategy towards sourcing tools (i.e. IranTalent, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Train the LLT across the factory in terms of sourcing, posting positions online, feedback on interviews, and other assessment tools, and placing candidates in key positions.

Youth Initiative:

  • Facilitate and implement youth initiative strategy by focusing on the 3 main areas: Career Advising (by focusing on "readiness for work" activities), internships and apprenticeships, and graduate development.
  • Provide support, material, and advice to the country to capitalize on the initiatives.

Enable the Delivery of Talent Acquisition Services:

  • Advise the line managers on the recruitment approach and process, lead the interview process, lead the discussion for the choice of the best candidates, and manage offers to candidates, together with the HRS team.
  • Plan and adjust manpower to business needs through Dynamic People Planning (DPP).
  • Identify and set team objectives with the HR manager according to the HR Operation Master Plan (OMP).
  • Measure performance through KPIs and measures and ensure continuous improvement within the NCE framework.
  • Align the Recruitment budget and track spending.

Talent and Performance:

  • Support factory HRBP on the talent and performance process in executing the performance and talent management cycle through goal setting, development plan setting, performance calibration, and talent development.

What Will Make You Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition position.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to handle cross-functional/hierarchical relationships.
  • Ability to manage priorities.
  • High level of comfort using multiple technologies to execute processes.
  • Develop relationships and work proactively and autonomously.
