Job Description

  • Identify the organization's processes and determine their monitoring and measurement indicators.
  • Suggest improvement solutions for the effectiveness of the management system.
  • Plan production and raw materials comprehensively and monitor their implementation.
  • Collaborate in developing a product quality plan, including production, quality control, and product maintenance instructions.
  • Follow up on corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-conformities.
  • Review the results of monitoring and measuring plant-related processes and take action to improve.
  • Communicate with contractors related to production or the plant regarding product or service requirements.
  • Continuously monitor the production of quality products following the announced production plan.
  • Continuously monitor maintenance and repair activities of machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor the entry and exit of goods from the warehouse.
  • Monitor the implementation of standards developed for various plant processes.
  • Monitor strict compliance with safety and HSE regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least ten years of relevant work experience in food industry factories, preferably in beverages.
  • Introduction to plastic chain machinery, including injection, blow molding, and extrusion.
  • Introduction to filling and packaging machinery.
  • Introduction to warehousing and transportation principles.
  • Introduction to industrial facilities.
  • Introduction to maintenance and repairs.
  • Introduction to production planning.
  • Introduction to ISO 9001.
  • Introduction to risk and opportunity management.
  • Introduction to crisis management.
