Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Set vision, objective and comprehensive digital strategy aligned with pharmaceutical business goals.
- Direct digital campaigns across channels in accordance with pharmaceutical compliance.
- Define KPIs and measurable targets for the digital marketing team.
Data Management, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze campaign, advertising and customer data for data-driven decision making.
- Monitor market and competitors, identify business development opportunities and provide ------- strategic reports to management.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of digital marketing strategies based on insights.
Digital Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, develop and evaluate the digital marketing team according to pharmaceutical standards.
- Implement ongoing training based on digital marketing trends and business needs.
- Delegate responsibilities, set individual and team goals, and foster a results-driven culture.
Risk Management, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure all digital activities are fully compliant with pharmaceutical advertising regulations and ethical standards.
- Assess potential risks and design mitigation strategies for digital projects.
- Develop and implement quality control and documentation processes for regulatory compliance.
Cross-Departmental & External Liaison
- Foster collaboration between digital marketing, sales, medical and legal teams to align messaging and brand policies.
- Manage external digital agencies and technology vendors in line with compliance needs.
- Contribute to corporate marketing policy and strategic initiatives.

Skills:
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and latest pharmaceutical/health industry trends.
- Mastery in campaign management tools, analytics, and KPIs (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, SEO, ...).
- Proven experience managing complex multi-channel campaigns and large digital teams, preferably in pharma.
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights for senior management.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/medical advertising regulations and compliance principles.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making and conflict management skills.
- Strong project management abilities and a results-oriented approach.
- Effective communication with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
