The position:

As an ERP system test manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for test preparation, test execution, and test reporting of new functionality to ensure the organization’s deliverables have the correct quality and that the integrity of the live environment is protected. Other role expectations are as follows:

  • Build and maintain a test strategy for digital products in use cases.
  • Use agile practices and automation tools to develop efficient and maintainable test solutions.
  • Ensure a uniform Test and QA approach, integrating it early in the design and development phase.
  • Collaborate with vendors to implement early testing mechanisms in the software development process.
  • Deliver value to users and the organization through effective testing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of related experience within the ERPs.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • We are looking for a candidate with the following core skills: Facilitation, Communication, and Change management skills.
  • Possesses a global mindset and cross-cultural understanding, with the ability to operate and achieve results in a virtual international IT environment.
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English.
