Job Description
Manage company's warehouses and staff in compliance with company’s policies and vision Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate Plan and manage capacity requirements and utilize space and equipment efficiently Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Manage data base entries in the internal management systems (purchased products and stock movement) Manage virtual stocks (partners, suppliers, customs, etc.) Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded Maintain warehouse staff job performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Requirements
Previous experience: 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturer company or industrial company Other Skills: driving, leadership ability Ideal Age Range: 28-36 Gender Preference: any Language Skills: English Current Residence: South East of Tehran. Varamin, Pakdasht Only Working Time: from 5 days a week from 7:30Am to 18:30 PM Place of working: Abbas Abad Industrial Town city Hands on experience with warehouse management software’s and databases. Strong Knowledge of excel Strong Knowledge of inventory control Preferably Bachelor degree in industrial Engineering, or business administration. Minimum 5 years proven work experience as a warehouse expert. Minimum 2 years proven work experience as a warehouse manager or supervisor. Knowledge of the legal requirements of operating a warehouse People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Good working knowledge of English, Driving
