● Manage warehouse operations.
● Control the goods inventory and to ensure inventory accuracy.
● Plan and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
● Keep accurate records.
● Maintain health, safety standards and physical condition of warehouse & 5S Rules.
● Safeguard warehouse operations and contents.
● Oversee the planned maintenance of the infrastructure.
● Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
● Calculate and identify reorder point of items, slow moving items, aged items and excess items.
● Present the performance report of the warehouse and logistics.
● Apply periodic control and keeping the record of possible damages.
● Work with financial and planning teams to ensure smooth operation of supply chain.
Requirements
● At least Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related majors.
● At least 10 years of related work experience including 2 years in management level.
● Mastery of Microsoft Excel.
● Mastery of Inventory Planning.
● Familiar with warehouse accounting principles and software.
● Familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001 and 5S execution.
