Job Description

The mission of the product warehouse manager in the Zarrin Roya Group is to manage warehousing processes to develop resource efficiency, innovation, teamwork, agility, and organizational cost management in the relevant processes, and the summary of the duties of this job position is as follows:

Designing and tracking operation reports and analysis, and troubleshooting and
problem-solving
Leading the operation team and mobilizing resources to achieve organizational
goals
Preparing processes, implementation methods, and instructions for the logistics
unit, reviewing and monitoring their implementation
Participating in formulating unit goals and budget preparation and control
Planning, developing, and monitoring performance evaluation processes
Communicating and facilitating relations with other organizational units
Monitoring compliance with HSE principles and 5S implementation in all
processes and departments of the organization.

Requirements

A degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or other related fields.
At least seven years of management experience in the related field.
Specialized skills and knowledge:
Proficiency in office software, warehousing, and warehouse management.
Experience with ERP-SAP, and distribution planning.
Excellent English skills.
Knowledge of the principles and basics of logistics and supply chain.
Ability to write reports and use Power BI.
