Job Description

  • Providing counsel and information regarding the visa application process to the applicants.
  • Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork.
  • Answering any queries and providing support for visa-related matters.
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Remaining up-to-date with the latest immigration policies.
  • Creating and maintaining an accurate and well-structured filing system.
  • Managing the update of visa records in the system.
  • Making sure employees comply with the terms and conditions of the visas.
  • Going to the labor office or immigration police office as required.
  • Following up on the issuance and extension of work permits.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in visa support including 4 years of working experience in Oil and Gas companies.
  • Familiar with the labor office website and procedure for visa and work permit issuance and extension.
  • UI English competency.
