About the role:
You will be a key member of the UX Research team, and responsible for foundational and directional research across the product, working with different cross-functional feature teams. You will be part of the Design & Research team for Business, reporting to the UX Research Lead, and together be responsible for delivering world-class research.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct and evaluate and validate quantitative and qualitative research.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
● Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
● Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data.
● Use a diverse set of UX research tools.
● Advocate the voice of the customer and be a bridge between the end-users and the product teams.
● Document and communicate research findings to product team members.
● Participate in business and UI reviews with multi-disciplinary product teams.
● Facilitate user feature walkthroughs, usability sessions, and “Show me how you use it” open-ended interviews in order to inform new features and product design and development.
