Job Description
Alefba is hiring a designer to help us tell the world about Alefba through thoughtfully crafted content and engaging experiences. You’ll be joining a dynamic group of designers, illustrators, animators, and writers on our Brand Design team to build awareness of the Alefba brand and product benefits. Designers serve a vital role here—from cooperation with the Marketing team directly, to designing the look and feel of multiple customer-facing touchpoints. We appreciate designers who think deeply, are obsessed with details, speak clearly, and love collaboration and feedback. You will partner with Brand-Identity-Team across multiple diverse projects to help improve delivery, polish, and performance. The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, willing to help on any project, and excited about collaborating and learning from other talented team members.

Requirements
You should have
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Experience with the Marketing team
Equivalent educational degree.
Ability to execute design projects with Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Motion Creator, photoshop, and Figma
Creativity and skills in applying knowledge and design principles
Teamwork skills
Responsibility and adherence to project schedules
familiarity with the English language
Nice to have
Ability to be a fast learner and flexible with changing the design system
Obsession with details
Being up to date with the latest technologies
