Job Description
- Daily SWAP request approval
- Handling Daily Technical issues [ warranty status / repairing issues / Spare part & Model specification]
- Managing VOC with HQ / RHQ / Service Supplier.
- Prepare VOC follow up / Quality issues reports.
- Make Training schedules for Service Supplier & Contact Center [ Yearly / Monthly / weekly ]
- Managing & conducting training sessions.
- Play role as an instructor for online & offline training sessions.
