Job Description

- Daily SWAP request approval - Handling Daily Technical issues [ warranty status / repairing issues / Spare part & Model specification] - Managing VOC with HQ / RHQ / Service Supplier. - Prepare VOC follow up / Quality issues reports. - Make Training schedules for Service Supplier & Contact Center [ Yearly / Monthly / weekly ] - Managing & conducting training sessions. - Play role as an instructor for online & offline training sessions.

Requirements

- Minimum BA degree in Technology or related field - Technology & Operation experience and related work in some technology company or after sale service experience. - Know how to maintain the technology issue. - Android or Smart phone basic knowledge and 1 year or more handset or tablet test/deep using experience/ Test experience - Positive person who just graduates from university/college will be available also. - Good English knowledge (working proficiency knowledge)
