- Training Needs Assessment
- Develop and deploy training program, product update, and sales guide booklet.
- Prepares training schedule for whole cities and execution.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training courses
- Provide reports on a weekly and monthly basis for updates on the website and Online training.
- Handling the training team for provinces.
- Visiting the provinces and do training surveys.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Management (MBA, Industrial, ...), Industrial Eng
- More than 2 years of experience in a related position.
- Be familiar with the digital industry especially being Audio/Video oriented.
- Expert in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)
- High team working and able to work under pressure
