Job Description

 

  • Design, develop and implement purchasing guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare and adjust annual and monthly domestic and foreign purchase budgets and their periodic review and control.
  • Conduct market studies and analysis of opportunities and threats and planning according to the conditions for optimal supply.
  • Develop and manage the purchasing network.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and draft purchase contracts and present them to the executive management for review and purchase.
  • Prepare reports on market conditions and cost of goods.

Requirements

  • At least five years of work experience.
  • Familiar with the topics of participating in tenders.
  • Familiarity with contracts.
  • Familiarity with English.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Team leadership ability.
  • Ability to analyze.
