Trade Analysis Manager

Job Description

For our Organization we are looking for a Trade Analysis Manager. OPPORTUNITIES Working in an international environment in contact with European management with a sales and marketing background in multinationals and dealing with foreigner private companies as well as industrial and governmental association. Grow managing competences and undertake career development plans. CHALLENGES Our organization works with tens of key accounts and hundreds of clients in different industries, sometime in difficult and technical fields. Our monthly calendar is filled with tens of individual assignments for which we need to identify potential local partners in a short amount of time, organize meeting agendas and take care of logistic in Iran. In his/her role the employee will be responsible of the 3 main divisions (Marketing, External Relations and Logistic), managing a team of 3 senior analysts and 10 junior analysts. The manager will benefit from a coaching period from the Head of Trade Analysis Dept In the long term the manager will be assisted by a Senior Trade Analyst, responsible of the critical tasks and aware of the procedures in each division. In particular she/he will: • Manage workload of the Department • Be responsible of activities dead-lines • Coordinate activities progress • Supervise outcome of each division • Manage key account operative relations • Coordinate client logistic during visits in Iran • Verify and approve outcome to clients • Motivate and support the team The manager will report to the Head of the Trade Analysis Dept. with the possibility, under proper circumstances, to report directly to the Managing Director.
