Job Description
● Contribute to the trial program in order to come up with proposals regarding the assortment. ● Plan, Implement the TRL, and SCR activities locally, follow up on the fields and growers advisory to get the best results. ● Initiate the introduction of new varieties and propose the price level, and product forms in order to contribute to the commercial success of new varieties. ● Follow up and support distributors to meet the sales figures to boost the sales aligned with the company position and to increase the market share. ● Prepare market study for the company including seeds position in the market and its future, trends, prices, new varieties, competitor’s activities, performance evaluation of market players. ● Plan and execute marketing activities in cooperation with distributors, prepare the marketing plan for the assigned crop, and be aligned with CoSM, CSM, and the distributor. ● Communication with CoSM, CSM, RPDS, distributor, key customers, and all other stakeholders. ● Regular reports to CoSM, CSM, and GPDS. Note: The location of candidates can be any city in the south of Iran.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or relevant fields. ● 2 years of work experience in the agriculture field. ● Familiar with Windows and MS Office applications. ● Ability to travel all over the country routinely. (No travel restrictions domestic and international). ● Ability to communicate effectively with openness and clarity. ● Result-oriented, hardworking, and a good team player. ● Fluent in English.
