- Selling international tickets
- Handling overall reservation and ticketing tasks (ticket issuance, fare calculations, - modifications, refunds, etc.)
- Providing customers with information about flights schedules, product, terms and conditions
Requirements
- Good interaction with passengers and agencies
- Job Experience at least 1 year in other travel agencies
- Knowledge of domestic and international computer reservations and ticketing (Amadeus and Gabriel and …)
- Having Advanced degree in ticketing
- Good ability to manage complexity
- Good computer skills.
