Telecommunication Sales Manager

Job Description

Objective: Grow ECP (Easy Communication pars) revenues at major accounts and across the territory Main responsibilities: - Create and execute a growth strategy at the major accounts and in the territory - Ensures product roadmaps are aligned with major accounts - Manages day-to-day business: backlog, shipments and inventory to ensure ECP meets the customer's requirements and ECP hits their Quarterly revenue targets - Sales Development -- Identifies, pursues and tracks new opportunities - Leads, trains, coaches, supports and tracks performance of Sales Reps - Ensures forecast is entered on time and verified through multiple customer sources - With FNSR legal, negotiates NDA, 3PL and supply contracts to ECP's best interest - Price/share negotiations -- maintains majority share position and always receives last look - Monitors and tracks competitors in territory - Available, accessible and responsive to requests - Expedites resolution of Quality Issues - Builds constructive relationships at all levels - Documents all customer interactions with a summary and action items Reporting to: Telecommunication Department Manager Desired start date: ASAP Probation: 2 months Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday 8am-4:45pm Travel requirements: Willing to travel at least 30% of time
