● Following up on executive processes, related to Adoption team. ● Negotiation with Adoption customers and manage contract signing process. ● Manage deals in CRM. ● Write and edit management reports of adoption projects. ● Regular communication with Adoption technical partners. ● Regular communication with Adoption customers. ● Manage and design optimization solutions. ● Schedule meetings with partners and customers. ● Understand and evaluate different cloud architectures. ● Edit and evaluate different technical proposals. ● Comprehend customers’ technical needs and preparing documents. ● Customers' service problem shooting.
Requirements
● Comprehend effective factors on costumers' satisfaction. ● Ability to work with Arvan panel and Arvan products. ● Familiarity with web hosting control panels. ● Familiarity with Cloud Computing and Cloud Services. ● Familiarity with types of cloud migrations. ● Ability of convincing customers. ● Strong power of speech. ● Strong power of convincing in phone negotiations. ● Strong project management skills. ● Strong power of business negotiation. ● Strong documentation ability. ● Responsible and fast learner. ● Good public relations. ● Familiarity with Microsoft Office. ● Strong decision making skills. ● The power to understand the technical needs of the customer and the use of documentation. ● Experience of working with famous cloud service providers.
