Job Description

• You are responsible for sales revenue, account management and business development in Iran • Support the company’s business-development in Iran • Establish long-term relationships with key accounts and grow sales to deliver regional targets. • Achieve annual target sales revenue by developing new customers and channels. • Maintain relationships with existing customers for recurring orders • Identify new markets in assigned region • Analyze and understand the region/segment in terms of market trends and dynamics, • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and applications offered by the company in order to realize business opportunities.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering Degree (Heat – Energy branch preferred) • MUST Have wide range of experience in HVAC sector and Oil & Gas Sector cooling needs: preferably with a very good network in both industry in Iran. • Refrigeration; Evaporators – Condensers for F Gases, Ammonia CO2 etc. • Industrial Process Coolers: Dry and adiabatic coolers, Radiator Coolers for power plants – Turbine inlet cooling for existing power plants (Energy) • OEM Coils for AC and Refrigeration ( AHU Coils, Fan Coils, Condensers, coolers) • Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills. • Expert knowledge on the steps of the sales & marketing process. • A firm and independent personality, with a high degree of drive and initiative. • Results-oriented, Open minded, Analytic, and always in learning attitude • Working in a dynamic job environment • Having no restriction for travelling • Knowledge about the Microsoft Office • Advance level of English or Turkish (One of them must)
