
Job Description
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel. • Inspect project site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, safety and sanitation, standards and / or company requirements. • Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. • Supervise subcontractors’ execution progress and quality. • Manage and direct staff members and the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site. • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly required reports. • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, aerial photography and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects. • Supervise contracts, statement team and provide technical advice. • Deal with subcontractors. • Manage the relationship between Technical office and other departments of project. Requirements
• BS or MS in Civil Engineering • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical office activities in construction projects • Ability to manage & supervise knowledge workers • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure • Good communication & analytical skills • Proficient in computer science, Microsoft Office and related civil software • Self-Motivated • Flexible • Team-worker • Team-leading capability • Accuracy and precision of work • Good problem solving skills and negotiations • Good command of written and oral English Ideal age: 30-50 Gender Preference: Male
