Job Description
• Full time job vacancy with the following main responsibilities: • Design and Engineering of Control Systems (e.g. PLC, DCS, etc.), including hardware and software design (specially with Siemens and PILZ) • Design and implement control logic, graphical user interfaces, alarming, and data trending on the HMI • Coordinate and provide support during systems installation and startup phase • Perform functional validation testing of installed systems with customer representatives (e.g. FAT, SAT, etc.) • Write test reports and record product/project defects • Interact with product manager in order to find and resolve product defects • Objective: To help the customers with installing, testing, maintaining and repairing the machines and devices. • Main responsibilities: • Programing PLC’s • Programing HMI’s • Prepare documentation containing information such as confidential descriptions or specifications of proprietary hardware or software, • Advise customers on the use of products or services. • Update technical knowledge. • Develop technical methods or processes • Supporting Sales team and customer’s technical • Training customers & Sales Engineers • Reporting to: Engineering manager • Number required: 2 • Duration: 1 year contract renewable each year • Desired start date: As soon as possible • Working hours: Sat-Wed 8:00 am-5:30 pm • Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country • Gross monthly base salary: IRR, Negotiable • Commission / Bonus: yes • Other Benefits: Training course in-out country, working with international manufacturers and experiencing high level professional job
Requirements
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields (Major in Control Engineering is preferred) • Other certifications: Any certificate related to PLC, DCS, SCADA, Automation, and Fieldbus • 5 years of related work experience (Male gender is preferred; Ideal age range: 25-33) • Fast learner, self-motivated, strong problem-solver, detail-orientated, good team worker, and result-oriented • Ability to analyze technical situations and recommend improvements • Ability to adapt to a Project-oriented and Multi-task working environment • Excellent report preparation skills (e.g. MS Office tools especially Word and Excel) both in Farsi and English • Excellent communication and cooperation skills both cross-functional and within team • Flexibility for possible mission travels within country • Flexibility to support on-call responsibilities during off-shift hours • Special: • Professional in Siemens or Pills PLC Programming • Professional in Instrument and Control • Professional in Oil and Gas Standards Including API, IPS, IEC • Expert in Technical doc. for Oil & Gas Project • Expert in codes, standards and national specifications related to instrumentation and control. • Good knowledge about Industrial Automation, Control Engineering and Instrumentation principles • Familiar with at least one of the Industrial Digital Field Protocols (e.g. Foundation Fieldbus, HART, Modbus, PROFIBUS, etc.) • Familiar with communication, safety, security and reliability concepts and standards related to Industrial Automation projects • Familiar with SCADA and RTU systems and related projects • Experience with test planning, test execution, test analysis, and troubleshooting for Industrial Automation projects • Familiar with Ethernet and/or other open industrial and enterprise networks • Familiar with typical industry standard drawings (e.g., PFD, P&ID, Loop Diagrams, Ladder Diagrams, Logic Drawings, etc.) • Familiar with equipment and competitors available in the market
