Job Description
• Analyze technical problems of customers and support technically
• Implement lab activities (product trials, customer samples and sample preparation) with sales team / customer
• Prepare technical reports and make presentations to work group, department and the customers
• Apply all relevant regulations/norms/standards
• Competitor benchmarks/analysis to gain customers and enhance market share
• Technical training for distributors, end users, wholesalers
• Responsibility for product recommendations, new product demonstrations & sampling, and troubleshooting for
direct customers
