Job Description

Nobitex is looking for proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you support the recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent for the organization.   Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media channels. Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews. Provide support in creating and refining recruitment processes and strategies. Maintain accurate records of candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and key metrics.   Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships or entry-level experience acceptable). Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
