As a Talent Acquisition Manager your key responsibilities will include: ● Prepare a talent acquisition recruitment strategy aligned with company short term and long term strategies. ● Design, plan and execute recruitment and selection processes (conduct interviews and screen calls). ● Sourcing and discover a top talent for open positions and make sure talent acquisition process is aligned with corporate culture. ● Analyze and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments. ● Motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and planning employee referral programs. ● Assist with job profile designing. ● Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
