As a Talent Acquisition Manager your key responsibilities will include:
● Prepare a talent acquisition recruitment strategy aligned with company short term and long term strategies.
● Design, plan and execute recruitment and selection processes (conduct interviews and screen calls).
● Sourcing and discover a top talent for open positions and make sure talent acquisition process is aligned with corporate culture.
● Analyze and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments.
● Motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and planning employee referral programs.
● Assist with job profile designing.
● Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
Requirements
● BSc / MSc in Human Resources Management, MBA, Industrial Engineering and other related fields
● +5 years proven experience as Talent Acquisition Manager
● Experienced in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
● In-depth knowledge of the industry to effectively source for ideal candidates
● Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and databases
● Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
● Deep knowledge of Human Resources science
● Fluency in English
● Ideal age: 30 - 35
