Job Description

● Design BPMS business processes. ● Plan to review, identify nonconformities and improve processes, and define corrective actions. ● Prepare executive methods and internal regulations. ● Prepare management reports.

Requirements

● At least five years of management experience in the systems and methods unit in the manufacturing industry, preferably home appliances. ● Familiarity with quality systems and standards. ● Fluent in designing and implementing organizational processes. ● Fluent in internal audits. ● Mastery of compiling SPAS and SQA documents. ● Familiarity with the design of organizational indicators and KPIs. ● Ability to implement a quality management system. ● Mastery of the production planning process. ● Gender preference: Male. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
