Implementation, monitoring and review of company strategic Plan Monitoring, reviewing and improving organizational processes Designing, documenting, and implementing processes Development of performance analysis reports Reviewing forms and reports and conferring with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements. Providing solutions for implementation of new systems, procedures, and organizational changes. Designing, evaluating, recommending, and approving changes of forms and reports. Understand and document the As Is processes of organization. Track the business processes and evaluate their effectiveness
Requirements
Basic Job Requirements: • Education: BSc in Industrial Engineering - Expert requirements of ISO9001 and implementation - Expert in preparing of organization's documents - Expert in data analysis - Skillful in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel - Age: 22-32 Skills: • Good communication & analytic skills. • Familiarity with ISO requirements. • Knowledge of food industries processes. • Familiarity with ERP, BPM, BPR and information systems. - Problem solving skills
