Job Description

• Identification, design, and documentation of current and required business processes, procedures, policies, and so on by observation, interview, testing, and etc. • Research for new technologies, processes, or procedures and consult manager and staff to obtain system improvements through business processes, procedures, and etc. • Redesign improved systems (business processes, procedures, etc.) by considering implementation of information. • Training, Implementation, and inspection of designed automated systems.

Requirements

• BS University degree (or higher) – Management and Industrial Engineering are preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience as system analyst or designer. • Knowledge of process modelling, BPMN, and UML • Familiar with project management concepts and documents • Experienced with documentation of business processes, procedures, policies, and so on • Experienced in organizations with at least 50 members • Capable of communicating with different staff of organizations from workers to managers to obtain system information. • High teamwork skills are required • Having experience in working with MS Visio, Enterprise Architect, and other process modelling software • Work knowledge of English language
