Responsibilities: Snapp is now offering multiple services within one app which is enabling Iranians to fulfill their everyday needs by having everything at their fingertips. Our customers can now use services like internet taxi, food, and grocery delivery, get medical consultations, book hotels, buses, or flights, get mobile and internet recharge, or deliver items through bike, car, or truck, and many more services within one app. The position is to lead and grow services on super-app by creating and executing a marketing plan, deep-diving into commercial, ops, and customer service to identify growth blockers, suggest and implement their solutions by aligning with multiple stakeholders Role description: ● Lead cross-venture CRM and growth campaigns, and align marketing activities. ● Run, assess, and review cross-channel campaigns and optimize their performance through ongoing tests. ● Coordinate with various team members from business units and ventures and suggest initiative possibilities from CRM standpoints. ● Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights. ● Commercial and marketing analysis for ventures to break the status-quo and continuously improve the business.
