Cascade the plan that has been received from the Sub-D senior manager to the action plan for Sub-Distributors.
Plan, make guidelines, coordinate, and control the Sub-Distributors’ activities based on sales strategies and prepare an action plan.
Present and transfer instructions, procedures, and processes related to discount or sales strategies to Sub-Distributors.
Supervise accurate execution of instructions, circulars, and determined criteria by Sub-D senior manager, performance appraising, and take necessary action based on the performance and results.
Evaluate sales condition and presence of goods in the Sub-D region.
Supervise and participate in setting daily sales programs.
Follow-up volume sales based on orders of Sub-Ds.
Supervise and control the account status of Sub-Ds which are under their supervision and settle their accounts.
Evaluate daily rival sales conditions (check, cash, giving discount) in the market.
Identify the weaknesses, threats, strengths, and opportunities and find the best resolution to help Sub-Ds improve to increase sales volume.
Supervise and analyze relevant statistics of Sub-Ds who are under supervision and report these statistical analyses to the Sub-D senior manager.
Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant positions.
