Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors, extracting actionable insights
Identify key opportunities and threats and provide analytical reports aligned with the organization’s goals
Formulate and update the organization’s strategy in collaboration with senior management
Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment of business units with overarching goals
Work closely with organizational units to track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Contribute to annual planning and budgeting processes
Communicate strategic objectives effectively with managers and teams, ensuring clarity and follow-up
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in strategy, business planning, or business analysis
Proficiency in data analysis tools and strategic planning methodologies
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior executives
