Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the company-wide OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework.
• Lead and facilitate monthly OKR review sessions with departments and ensure action items are tracked and followed up.
• Collect, validate, and analyze performance data from departments to assess progress toward strategic goals.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations for executive leadership to support decision-making.
• Contribute to mid- and long-term strategic planning processes.
• Develop, refine, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between departmental goals and corporate strategy.
• Maintain and improve tools, templates, and systems used for strategic planning and OKR tracking.
• Conduct analysis of industry trends and the competitive landscape to support strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in strategy analysis, business performance management, or consulting.
• Solid understanding of OKRs, KPIs, and organizational performance management.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to run structured review sessions.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with strategic planning and project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• An analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
