- Preparation of a reward payment system based on performance appraisal and implementation, market appraisal.
Requirements
- Have a master's degree or PhD in industrial engineering or MBA Degree.
- Fluent in English, including reading, writing and speaking.
- Proficient in ICDL skills.
- At least 3 years of useful work experience.
