This position is responsible for leading strategic management processes, analyzing the business environment, developing new business opportunities, monitoring the achievement of strategic objectives, and providing analytical support for senior management decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Formulate, review, and update the company’s strategic plans across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
Analyze the internal and external business environment, the energy industry, markets, competitors, economic trends, technologies, and regulations to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
Define strategic objectives, develop strategy maps, and formulate related action plans.
Design and develop KPI and OKR frameworks, establishing alignment between corporate, departmental, and project-level objectives.
Design and develop the strategic performance management system and continuously monitor the achievement of strategic objectives and plans.
Prepare reports, analytical assessments, and decision-support packages for the CEO, senior management, and the Board of Directors.
Conduct strategic, economic, and market studies to assess entry into new businesses and opportunities for business expansion.
Identify, assess, and analyze new investment opportunities across the energy value chain.
Develop and evaluate business plans and business models for new opportunities and development initiatives.
Evaluate and prioritize projects, investment opportunities, and development initiatives based on their economic attractiveness and strategic fit.
Conduct scenario analysis and assess the impact of changes in the business environment on the company’s strategy and performance.
Identify and assess strategic risks and recommend appropriate management actions.
Design management dashboards to monitor corporate objectives, indicators, and performance.
Monitor the performance of subsidiaries, projects, and business units in terms of achieving strategic objectives.
Coordinate the plans of various organizational units to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
Participate in the development of business plans and budgets and assess the alignment of resource allocation with strategic priorities.
Monitor the implementation of strategic plans and resolutions, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
Develop the Strategic Intelligence framework and continuously monitor developments in the industry and business environment.
Lead, evaluate, and develop the strategy team and relevant specialists.
Identify and recommend continuous improvement initiatives for strategic management and business development processes.
Key Qualifications and Competencies
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, MBA, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
A master’s degree in MBA, Strategic Management, Economics, Industrial Management, or a related discipline is considered an advantage.
Professional Experience
A minimum of 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, planning, business development, or management consulting.
At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a related field.
Experience in holding companies, investment companies, the energy industry, or project-oriented organizations is a significant advantage.
Proven experience in formulating and implementing corporate-level strategic plans is a priority.
Technical Knowledge and Expertise
Strong knowledge of strategic management and planning, including strategy formulation and execution models and tools.
Proficiency in industry, market, competitor, and business environment analysis.
Ability to develop business plans and design business models.
Proficiency in scenario analysis, value chain analysis, and Strategic Foresight.
Ability to design and monitor KPIs and OKRs, with familiarity with the Balanced Scorecard and performance management systems.
Ability to conduct financial and economic analyses of projects and investment opportunities, with knowledge of CAPEX, OPEX, NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analysis.
Ability to analyze data and translate analytical findings into decision-oriented reports and recommendations.
Familiarity with project management, risk management, and portfolio management.
Familiarity with the power, power generation, and renewable energy industries is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in English sufficient to review and analyze specialized reports and professional resources.
