● Monitor day to day operations of store and take needed actions.
● Ensure assortments are aligned with each store’s specific cultural, economic and social features.
● Initiate and motivate comparative studies between departments that can contribute to the efficiency of the commercial concepts.
● Ensure high quality product presentation in the store.
● Stay informed about competitor activities and take appropriate measures if necessary.
● Ensure proper stock management (stock value, out of stock, orders and merchandise deliveries in all departments).
● Identify financial risk for the Store and liaise with the head office for an action plan.
● Lead the team in delivering, enhancing and answering to all customer needs and service expected. freshness, quality and price.
● Fulfill the stores' communication policy. Briefing, meetings and one to one performance follow up.
● Guarantee the proper application of business cycle in the store.
Requirements
● Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a managerial role in store management, retail or other related fields.
● Fluent in English.
● Great communication and presentation skills.
● Passionate about people with the ability to lead a team and drive their performance and development.
