Store Manager is responsible for the daily planning, organization and follows up of all sales floor activities within the store. He/She will need the confidence to motivate and inspire the team to maximize the stores sales performance.
Job Description:
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• To be involved in the recruitment & selection of Staff (as required)
• . Identify training needs for staff and ensure that all staff is suitably trained in all procedures and processes.
• . To become fully conversant with and consistently practice all correct procedures relating to the ordering and processing of goods and paperwork within the floor. Organize and distribute staff schedules.
• Hold a brief meeting with the begging of each shift with the staff to speak about daily plan.
• Coach, counsel, train, and discipline employees.
• Inspect for staff cleanness and hygiene
• Follow up with the daily chick list.
• Evaluate on-the-job performance.
• Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
• Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the other supervisors to reach the teamwork spirit.
• Maintaining liaison with other branch
• Check for the prices and alarms.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in retail fashion industry/ Footwear preferred
- Previously worked as Retail Store Manager or Asst Store Manager
- Maximum age 30 years/ Male preferred
- Excellent Sales & Service skills
- Strong personality & charisma – excellent communication & leadership skills – Honest and Result
Oriented
- University degree – Diploma as minimum
- Good skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word - Excel – PPT)
- Holding valid driving license / Own Car preferred
- Passed military service / or not obliged to attend it
