Monitor the performance of inbound and outbound deliveries by warehouses throughout the country (warehouse management). Verify and validate the suppliers’delivery process and reports.
Deliver spare parts service requests end-to-end and ensure SLA compliance, and handle the system tasks related to the delivery in IT system platforms, and keep improve the efficiency of Spare Parts Service Delivery.
Conduct inventory of spare parts assets, analyze discrepancies, and adjust accounts to ensure consistency between physical inventory and records (inventory management).
Requirements
Implement spare parts warehousing and logistics distribution management;
Complete the document and report related spare part transaction and prepare required reports based on management / customer requirement.
Office skills (e. g. MS Office, etc.) to evaluate and properly document experimental studies
Familiar with inventory management systems
Strong spoken and written English skills
