Software Support and Development Specialist

Job Description

We at Steel Alborz and Seven-Diamonds Industries Group are looking for a new colleague in the position of software support and development specialist. The most important duties of our colleagues in this job title are as follows: ● Receiving the project requirements from the units and implementing them on the existing software. ● Maintaining and supporting implemented projects. ● Planning for the design and implementation of identified software needs in the absence of a similar example outside the organization. ● Preparating software programs required by the organization if similar samples cannot be provided outside the organization. ● Designing and monitoring the process of reporting and customizing forms. ● Providing support services for the existing software in the organization and following up on fixing the defects of the software systems according to the requests of the users.
