Job Description

● Grow, lead and inspire a team of software developers to build and maintain our software products. ● Participate in full Software development life cycle, system architecture, design pattern, deployment, and code review. ● Ensure high quality of work delivered by development team. ● Work effectively with Product Manager or Product Owner to prioritize and plan software deliveries including sprint and release planning, product backlog maintenance and refinement. ● Track and report progress of the project against key milestones and keep stakeholders updated. ● Play an active role in the transformation of legacy core applications.

Requirements

● Over 7 years of professional experience in software development. ● Over 2 years of experience in managing or leading an agile software development team. ● Solid object-oriented programming using Java. ● Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, jQuery or NodeJS. ● Deep understanding of software engineering practices, object oriented analysis and design, design patterns and algorithms. ● Experience with SQL and non-SQL databases such as MySQL, Redis. Preferred qualifications: ● Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment best practices. ● Experience in building scalable systems with service oriented or microservice architectures. ● Video streaming or communication Industry experience. ● Experience in DevOps.
