The role: We're looking to hire a Developer to join the team as we invest into new products and services. You will join and contribute to a highly effective development team who will deliver out ambitious roadmap plans to realize our business goals. Working with Product Manager you will deliver exciting new platforms and services that will increase our capabilities and create exceptional experiences for members and clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding, communicating and delivering the principles of good software design and development - Hands-on developer delivering code, troubleshooting & code debugging - Delivering software features and improvements needed to achieve our business goals - Building reusable code and libraries for future use - Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability - Translation of UI/UX wireframes to visual elements - Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application - Innovation in our technical delivery and product features - Identifying and adapting the technical infrastructure to adopt new and best practice technologies - Improving and optimizing the performance and security of existing systems
